When you submit an appointment request, we may collect your name, phone number, vehicle details, city or ZIP code, preferred timing, fog-light interest, notes, and any headlight photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess service eligibility, respond to your request, arrange service, prevent misuse, and improve the request process. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded vehicle photos as public marketing without permission.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions may be processed and stored by the website hosting and form-delivery providers used to operate this site. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the request, service records, safety, and legal obligations.

Analytics and advertising

If you permit them, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may collect information about visits, pages viewed, device or browser details, general location, referral source, and appointment-request completion. We use this information to understand website performance and measure advertising. Analytics and advertising tools can be selected separately.

Your choices

You may accept all optional tools, reject all non-essential tools, or choose them individually. You can change your selection anytime using “Privacy Choices” in the website footer. You may also ask us to correct or delete information submitted through the website, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal purposes. To make a request, use the appointment form and write “Privacy request” in the notes.
